THE HISTORY
Founded in 1987, PISCADOR is the second oldest restaurant in Santa Maria. Created by Patone as a tribute to the local fishermen, it adopted the Blue Marlin as its symbol, reminding that Cabo Verde is one of the best destinations in the world for fishing this beautiful fish. Patone’s idea was to create a place for seafood lovers.
PISCADOR has been the meeting point for intellectuals of Cape Verdean history, government entities, locals, and tourists from all over who come to enjoy the great atmosphere and the excellent cuisine of famous international chefs who pass through here.
